Guru Nanak Jayanti honors the birth of Guru Nanak Dev ji, the first Sikh guru. Children of K.G. classes celebrated ‘Gurupurab’ with great reverence
We had Prabhat Pheri by the young Agnelites dressed up as Panch Pyaare (Five Beloved Sikhs) and small Sardarnis in the traditional attire who went to all classes, creating a spiritual ambience. The three principal sermons of Guru Nanak Dev Ji were told which are remembering God, sharing with others, and creating an honest living. The festival concluded with the children being instilled with various morals.
